Get the app installed on your phone and sign up an account in SpacePlus App.

After signed into your account navigate to Profile section and press My wallet.

Inside My Wallet section press the Voucher Reload PIN to proceed.

Once you reached here you can then redeem your promo code by filling up the corresponding column and press the Redeem Now button.

To check if you have successfully redeemed the promo code, you can navigate to the My Wallet > History. The credit will immediately be sent to your account wallet along with a transaction record.
